RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is always important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a refund, exchange, replacement, or repair, etc. Please go through our return policy and contact our customer service to generate a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing the return.

*No returns will be processed without a RMA.


30-Day Money Back Guarantee


You will receive a FULL REFUND if you return the Neutab product that was DOA (Dead On Arrival) or is still in unused condition within 30 days of purchase.


You also can choose our exchange, repair, or replacement services within 30 days of the purchase. We will help you with free domestic shipping should you desire any of three services. If you like to place an exchange order, please make sure that your original Neutab product is still in unused condition; and you may be responsible for price difference if you pick another model instead.


Note: *Neutab reserves the right to test “dead on arrival” products return and may subject to a restocking fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. In order to receive a full refund, all returned products must be in brand-new condition, unused (with original tags and packaging), and with complete accessories.

** Restocking fee will be varied based on the conditions and  models of the returning products.


Beyond 30 days but within one year of purchase


Replacement or repair services* are available to you after 30 days but within one year of purchase. We will take care of shipping fee to customer if an order was replaced in 90 days. Customers will be responsible for both way shipping fee and repairing fee for orders over 90 days of purchase.

*Replacement or repair services will be only provided to products covered by warranty. Please see our warranty page for details. No refund or exchange service will be granted after 30 days of purchase.


Over one year of purchase


You will have an opportunity to purchase another Neutab product using our customer loyalty program, which would be a convenient and economical way to replace your existing product with our newest technology in a discounted price. Please contact our customer service for details.

Return Process:

  1. Send our customer service team a message through the Link or call us at (240)-912-5244 with your proof of purchase such as name, phone number, model number (e.g.N10 Plus, Air 7, etc) , and  order number (get your order number from vendors such as Amazon or Ebay, etc).

  2. Our customer service team will generate the return instruction for you through the phone or email. All the RMAs will be valid in 30 days, return will not be accepted if the return package is shipped beyond this period.

  3. After the conversation with our customer service, please pack your original or defective Neutab product with your contact information and order number in a box, and then mail it to our return department.

  4. Once we receive your return, the exchange, replacement or repaired products will be sent to you within 1-5 business days.
