NeuTab products are sold worldwide. Our products are available on these websites: Amazon, Walmart.com and Ebay.
2.What payment method does NeuTab accept?
NeuTab accepts Amazon payments, Paypal and direct wire transfers.
3.Does NeuTab have warranty?
Yes, any new NeuTab products purchased directly from us or our authorized resellers are covered by our one year manufacturer warranty. Refurbished units are covered by the 90 days warranty.
4.Does NeuTab tablet support Spanish or other languages?
Yes, the system language can always be changed in Settings, the input methods can be downloaded from Google Play store.
5. What if I forget the system password of my tablet?
You may download firmware in your computer. Connect your tablet to your computer and re-install system. Click here to find the related firmware for the detailed instructions.
6.Can I cancel my orders?
Yes, you must contact our customer service at (240) 912-5244 for cancelling an order. We may not be able to cancel an order which has been shipped.
7.What if I received a DOA (Dead on Arrival) unit?
A DOA order is eligible for a full refund. To report a DOA order, please contact our customer service in 7 days of receiving your order. A proof of damage will be required.
